1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or playing Puzzle Block Color ("the App", "the Game") or using any related online services provided by Gourav Choudhury ("Developer", "we", "us", "our").

By installing or accessing the Game through the official Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the rules set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

Trader Status Declaration: In accordance with Google Play developer account requirements under European Union consumer regulations, the developer operates as a declared trader for app distribution in the European Economic Area (EEA).

2. Exclusive Google Play Store Installation (No Native APK Installs)

To protect users from malicious tampering, trojans, altered ad SDKs, and security risks, Puzzle Block Color is distributed exclusively through the official Google Play Store:

• Security Assurance: Installing exclusively from Google Play ensures that the package is cryptographically signed, scanned by Google Play Protect, verified against malware, and automatically kept up to date.
• Disclaimer of Unofficial Builds: We disclaim all liability for any damages, device malfunctions, spyware, or data loss caused by downloading or installing unauthorized native APK files from third-party websites or pirate mirrors.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Limited License

All game assets, artwork, sound effects, sprite animations, code logic, UI layouts, icons, and trademarks in Puzzle Block Color are proprietary to Gourav Choudhury and protected by international intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited personal license to install and execute the App on an Android device via Google Play for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

4. Virtual Items, Boosters, and Star Economy

During gameplay, you may collect virtual items (such as Stars, Bomb Boosters, Lightning Strikes, or Revive Hearts):

• Zero Monetary Value: Virtual stars and boosters are entertainment mechanics only. They possess zero real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed, sold, refunded, or exchanged for real currency.
• Earned via Gameplay or Rewarded Ads: Boosters and stars are awarded for completing puzzle lines or optionally watching verified third-party rewarded video advertisements.
• Non-Transferable: Virtual items are tied strictly to your local installation on your device and cannot be transferred to other users or external accounts.

5. In-Game Advertisements & Google AdMob

Puzzle Block Color is provided free of charge, supported by third-party mobile advertising delivered by Google AdMob (Publisher ID: pub-1786382982859399):

• Advertisements displayed in the App (banners, interstitials, and rewarded videos) are delivered by Google's ad network. We do not manufacture, endorse, or verify third-party products or services featured in these ads.
• Interactions with any third-party ads are strictly between you and the advertiser.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When playing Puzzle Block Color, you agree that you will NOT:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the App;
• Extract or redistribute the APK package, assets, or graphics to third-party app stores or websites;
• Use automated bots, memory injectors, speed-hacks, or scripts to manipulate scores or bypass ad mechanics;
• Engage in click-fraud, automated impressions, or intentional interference with Google AdMob serving;
• Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or distribute the App without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GAMEPLAY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ENTIRELY FREE OF MINOR DEFECTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR LOCAL GAME DATA;
• ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR ADVERTISEMENTS DISPLAYED WITHIN THE APP;
• ANY INSTALLATION RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY SOURCES OR PIRATE MIRRORS.

9. European Consumer Rights, Digital Content Conformity & ODR

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union or European Economic Area:

• Conformity of Digital Services: Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/770, we provide digital content that conforms to our store descriptions and deliver necessary software updates through Google Play to maintain conformity and security.
• Right of Withdrawal: Because Puzzle Block Color is provided free of charge, there are no upfront payments to withdraw from. Any in-game virtual items earned via rewarded ads are provided immediately and irrevocably upon consumption.
• Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): The European Commission provides an online platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We encourage users to contact us directly at dheeraj@mounts.in for fast and friendly support.

10. Termination & Application Updates

We reserve the right to modify, patch, update, or discontinue the Game at any time. Updates will be distributed exclusively through the Google Play Store to maintain software compatibility with future Android versions (including Android 16) and device standards.
